Casimir plates restrict longer wavelength vacuum fluctuations in a process QED calls "up conversion" where longer wavelength fluctuations become shorter in wavelength as the plates close. Several authors now propose the "apparent" change in vacuum fluctuations is actually relativistic where the area of space-time that the fluctuation is propagating through is being stretched to allow the wavelength to fit. From our perspective outside the plates the waveform appears contracted but inside the plates an observer would be unaware of any changes. This is the microscopic equivalent to the Twin Paradox in relativity but without the need for astronomical distances a Casimir cavity provides an "abrupt" break in gravitational isotropy.

The relativistic orientation of vacuum fluctuations becomes more pronounced as the Casimir cavity narrows. Reactants such as gas atoms diffused into this field where longer wavelengths are depleted experience catalytic acceleration proportional to this change in fluctuations. Time dilation is already associated with vacuum fluctuations on the vanishing scale of virtual pair and antipair production and anihilation, "Cavity QED" by Zofia Bialynicka-Birula proposes that Casimir cavities also break this isotropy "manifesting itself in the appearance of Casimir force, position-dependent energy shift and modified spontaneous emission".

Hydrogen atoms diffused through this field accumulate time dilation and appear contracted from our perspective misleading Mills' to define the "hydrino" as having a fractional ground state instead of a relativistic ground state which would be more accurate and side stepped a lot of needless controversey.

In the animation only H1 becomes smaller and twists on it's axis, The appropriate choice of plate material such as a rigid skeletal catalysts is proposed to impede velocity of the larger H2 molecule. The "up conversion" and break in isotropy afforded by Casimir plates or cavity indicates a "shielding" effect where the gravitational field falling outside the cavity is muted by the reduction in longer fluctuations inside the cavity -or from a time dilation perspective if time exists at multiple seconds per second inside the cavity then the ambient gravity must be divided down by the same factor from our perspective.

Any of these seemingly faster - smaller hydrogen atoms in the depletion field that form "fast" H2 will still emit a photon like normal H2 but then immediately be torn apart by the cavities resistance to high velocity for larger molecules. This will reduce the individual velocity of the atoms but restore their monatomic energy level and free them to continue accumulating velocity based on the difference in gravitational acceleration between local Casimir geometries and the ambient field outside the cavity. With a large enough population of disassociated hydrogen in a Casimir field the Black Light Plasma associated with these experiments could be explained as a cascading event where the heat produced by "fast" H2 formations triggers additional events in a thermal runaway that eventually causes destructive combustion. The balance between accumulating velocity due to Casimir effect "fast H1" and then appropriate choice of rigid catalyst to disassociate the "fast" H2 when it forms is a fragile oscillation in a narrow band of geometry and temperature that will require a very fast control loop if the effect is ever going to be properly exploited.
