Above hydrogen atoms crossing thru a casimir field appear smaller as
fewer virtual particles in the time stream allow the atom to rotate further into 4d
than the normal width of the "Present"which the uncertainty principle proves is only the diameter of a nucleus. exiting the field the atoms simply rotate back

Casimir Effect on spaced metal plates that are braced apart restrict wavelenghts of vacum flucuations AKA "Virtual Particles or VP". An atom traveling through this lower density field will appear to get smaller because it is actually experiencing a reduction in dimensional confinement. it is free to rotate away from normal space and therefore looks smaller from our perspective.

Atoms are free to spread out in this cavity and appear to have smaller radius but the electron orbit has not really changed only "translated". the atoms will simply translate back to normal when they exit the plates. The SECRET is that a molecular bond occuring while these atoms are "twisted" will fix the molecule into this novel orientation even upon exiting the field! These are what Dr Mills calls Hydrinos and they represent free plentiful fuel for the world. Their orbits however are not sub zero as he postulated, The extra energy is stored in the covalent bond like a rubber band keeping two "float" arms from "hinging" back up to the surface when the tide comes in.

To the Left, the upper pair of hydrogen atoms form a normal covalent bond while passing "around" the metal plates.The lower pair of hydrogen atoms passing through the plates appear smaller due to their temporal orientation. A covalent bond, indicated by a red band between the "hydrinos" is formed. This locks the novel electron orientations together. they are pointing out into the sea of time and must remain so even after the tide fully returns when the atoms exit the plates. The electrons are pressured by the rising sea but the covalent bond stores this building potential energy of 2 submerged electrons making the molecule an energy transporter.
